Poor teamwork leads to poor communication, team member conflicts and poor decisions and simply hampers an organization’s progress. However, effective teams do not just happen – even if you hire competent talent. In essence, leaders must be intentional and strategic to build phenomenal teams.
Team building activities are essential to cultivating a more collaborative and trusting workplace. We’ll lead your team through team assessments to evaluate your team strengths and weaknesses. Based on the assessment results, we’ll design, develop and facilitate team building activities customized to your team’s needs and interests. Together, we’ll use the learning from the assessment results and the team building activities to create a Team Improvement Action Plan and Individual Team Member Improvement Plans.
We believe it is important to have more than just one large annual team building experience and that organizations should integrate team building into their workplace practices and routines. For this reason, we will recommend smaller team building exercises you can perform throughout the year.
